Refunds and Returns

  • If you are dissatisfied with your Hair Defense product for any reason, please contact us at operations@hairdefense.com. Depending on the situation, we may replace the products ordered or provide you a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Before processing a refund or replacement, we may require that you return the product at your own expense and/or submit photos demonstrating the reasoning behind your dissatisfaction.
  • It is your responsibility to inspect all products for any damage or other issues after delivery. Please contact operations@hairdefense.com within 7 days of receipt of the product so that we can replace any damaged product.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. You are responsible for shipping unused portions of the product in its original packaging back to Hair Defense.

Cancellations

  • If you placed an order and wish to cancel it, please send your cancellation request to us via email at operations@hairdefense.com. Please keep in mind that our pharmacy fulfills orders daily by 2pm CST. If your order was already processed by our pharmacy, we cannot cancel it.
